If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 800-327-1458 or email us at email@example.com to obtain a RA#. Upon receiving this number, please send the unused item(s) in its original and unused condition, product and packaging undamaged and a copy of your invoice within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. We do not reimburse shipping fees. Items received after 14 days but within 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise that is found to be used or damaged may not be refunded. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. All returns must be sent insured. We recommend obtaining a tracking number to track your shipment. You are responsible for the goods through the shipping process.
If your email address was provided upon ordering, then a confirmation email of your credit refund will be sent once the product has been received in new condition. The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase your item(s), so if you receive a gift, you may exchange your item for one that is of equal or more value and we will charge your card with the difference.
